Feedback Reports Are The Best Part of Our Clients Day!
Leaving feedback for our clients is very important. They look forward to receiving it and knowing their pets are in good hands. When using the portal to send back feedback please remember to:
1/ Attach at least one photo from your visit
2/ Write a couple of lines letting the client know how your visit went. Use adjectives and be friendly!
3/ Sign your name please - let them know who was caring for their beloved pet
Payroll
Payroll is reported via email every two weeks. Please be sure to track your training hours (paid at $16.50/hour) and once working on your own, your visits.
An example of how to submit that is to calculate it as shown below:
5 training hours x $16.50 = $82.50
10 - 25/30-minute visits @ $13.50 = $135
6 - 15/20-minute visits @ $10.50 = $63
Weekends
10 – 25/30-minute visits @ $15 = $150
4 – 15/20 minute visits @ $13 = $52
