Leaving feedback for our clients is very important.  They look forward to receiving it and knowing their pets are in good hands.  When using the portal to send back feedback please remember to: 

1- Attach at least one photo from your visit 

2- Write a couple of lines letting the client know how your visit went.  Use adjectives and be friendly! 

3-Sign your name please - let them know who was caring for their beloved pet

Payroll totals must be emailed by each employee every OTHER Tuesday Each pay period is 14 days long.  Monday-Sunday + Monday-Sunday.

When you are initially hired, you will receive training, compensation is $17 per hour. Included in your training is the time it takes for you to take any required quizzes.

When you have graduated from training, you will be compensated as follows:

15/20 minute visits $10.50 (13.00 on Sat/Sun)

25/30 minute visits $13.50 (15.00 on Sat/Sun)

Small Pet/Cat 20 minute visits $10.50 ($13.50 on Sat/Sun)

Sometimes you will see a tip on your schedule from a client. The amount will be in the notes section.  

Below is an example of how to CALCULATE your payroll for a 2 week pay period:

7    training hours x $17 per hour = $119

6    15/20 minute visits weekday= $63

2    15/20 minute visits Saturday= $26

10   25/30 minute visits weekday=$135.00

3    25/30 minute visits Sunday=$45

4   20 minute cat visits weekday=$42

SUB TOTAL $430

Tips Total $17

GRAND TOTAL $447
